Zoning Issues

Utah Law states if a property was zoned legal once it is always legal, legal non-conforming, even if the city changes the zoning. Effective 5/12/2015
UCA §10-9a-511. Nonconforming uses and noncomplying structures.
As long as the use has not been abandoned for a period of one year the property can be rebuilt even if destroyed up to 100%! Check with your Realtor, Title Company, or call Us! We are always ready to help.
